SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
Wantism is proud to offer Free Shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. States.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes, an email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
We do not currently ship to PO/APO/FPO boxes and require a street address in order to ship your items.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders take 2-3 business days to process and ship from our fulfillment centers.
Please be advised that some orders may take longer for delivery. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately, so you may receive one item before the next for faster shipment.
Why didn't my order come together in one package?
We ship orders from various warehouses. Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfillment centers in order for you to receive your order faster.
Please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once as the others are on the way.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually, so you may receive one item before the next for faster shipment.
Can I schedule my freight delivery?
For larger items and bulk orders, we use professional LTL freight carriers to ensure your delivery arrives on a day of your choosing.
The LTL company will make every effort to call and schedule your delivery in advance.
Where will my freight order be delivered?
All LTL deliveries are Threshold, meaning that the LTL freight carrier will deliver to the front entrance of your house or building.
When will my order arrive?
Orders take 2-3 business days to process and ship from our fulfillment centers unless otherwise stated.
Once your order ships a tracking number is provided, most orders are typically delivered within 2 weeks. (Excluding weekends and national holidays).
Please consult the provided tracking information for real-time updates on the progress of your delivery.
ORDERS
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
An order confirmation email will be sent to you after you have placed your order.
I haven't received a confirmation email yet, did my order go through?
Please allow up to 24 hours for your order confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns please Contact Us.
When should I expect an order tracking number?
After your order is processed we will fulfill the order from one of our warehouses. Once the item has shipped we will send you the tracking number via email.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible and we can cancel it for a full and immediate refund if it has not yet shipped.
If your order has already shipped, we will then treat the cancellation as a return.
PAYMENT METHODS
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club), PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged for your order at the time you place it.
SUPPORT
What is your refund policy?
Our Return Policy lasts 30 days from the original date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply Contact Us for return instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What if I receive a damaged product?
We strive to source the best quality products for our customers. However, there are many factors that might have resulted your products to be damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, Contact Us and let us know your problem within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot honor any claims of damage after 48 hours after delivery, so please inspect and report within this window.
Please don't forget to attach photos/video which can clearly show the issue.
